We get our 2018 Lincoln Navigator serviced here and Stephanie Spangler the service advisor along with the technician ensure that our Navigator maintenance is completed to beyond standard and ready to continue its journey. Came in to look at a few vehicles after I was told my Mazda needed a new engine. Definitely not on my BINGO card for 2025 to buy a new car. Jake, Guy, and Jared made the process super simple. I came in with printouts of everything I was interested in, and they had the majority of the vehicles already in the lot. Rob Muir helped me at Southern Ford we had zero issues he was straightforward unlike the other dealerships that I have dealt with. Great service, Clayton and Manny really helped me out. Joe made the paperwork go quickly. Absolutely incredible service. I am especially thankful that in addition to making the process and test drive more like a quick drive with a friend instead of a sell, he also made sure the service department took the tint off the Tundra I purchased before leaving. A mistake was made but quickly corrected by placing the oil I brought and prefer to use in my F350.
The dealership experience was fantastic. Friendly, accommodating, fast and efficient. The waiting area was pleasant as well. I can say however, that this survey experience is annoying. You get to the end, you need a p/w, they send a link- only for you to have to do the whole thing over again.
