Dealership was clean and comfortable, only downfall was a mix up on final detailing of my van at pick up. They had a week between scheduling the pick up and actually picking it up. Van was dirty and had lots of sticker residue.

Buying my car from Southern Ford was the absolute best decision. Owning an EV comes with a lot of anxiety, especially a new one off the lot. After owning my Lightning for a year and 20,000 miles later, the team at Southern has been extremely helpful. As a bonus, they do mobile services and valet service, so I rarely have to go to the dealership.

It was good overall. Our guy Jonathan was on the phone so it would have been nice if someone would have acknowledged us standing there while we waited. Instead I asked the lady about our appointment and she looked at him and they decided he would take us after the call. My suggestion is that whomever is NOT on the phone 1. Make eye contact and 2. Check us in. The other 2 or 3 reps seemed not as busy. That is my only suggestion. I'm not sure why it matters which rep is assigned anyway.
