It was good overall. Our guy Jonathan was on the phone so it would have been nice if someone would have acknowledged us standing there while we waited. Instead I asked the lady about our appointment and she looked at him and they decided he would take us after the call. My suggestion is that whomever is NOT on the phone 1. Make eye contact and 2. Check us in. The other 2 or 3 reps seemed not as busy. That is my only suggestion. I'm not sure why it matters which rep is assigned anyway.
Jonathan was courteous and answered all my questions, and kept me informed on the status of my truck.

When I needed the repairs done for my F250 Eddie and his team found the problem and ordered parts immediately. When the parts came in the team got it fixed and state inspection done and back to me same day. Great team.
Josh did a great job explaining the features of the truck. He outlined the differences between vehicles and located the truck I was interested in with the proper features.

My vehicle was acting up, thought it might be in the transmission. I stopped by and described what was going on to Stephanie and she said it sounded like that and scheduled my truck to be looked at. She also checked and saw I had paid for extended warranty so if it came back it was the transmission it would be turned in to the warranty. Which it was and everything got fixed alot quicker than I expected. So great job!!!
