The service I requested was performed in a timely manner and I was billed the amount quoted. Stephanie kept me abreast of the vehicles progress and ensure I was provided a ride home when I dropped it off and back to the dealership when the maintenance was complete.

Jon was very friendly and courteous. He was assisting Martin and turned me over to him. He also was very friendly and courteous. Between the two, I got quick answers to my questions and very honest answers for the issue I was having. Wait time was a little longer than anticipated, but I did not have an appt.
Southern ford is extremely efficient and I he online communication is good. The availability is a little competitive as you may have to wait up to a week to get an appointment but once you have one you won’t need to worry about coming back multiple times if they can handle alll issues there. The staff is polite and helpful and overall it’s my best Ford dealership I’ve used over the last 5 years

Stephanie has always been awesome and continues to always ensure top service. As for Southern Ford, something is wrong with phone messages not getting to the advisor and no one answers the service center line. It takes too long to get an appointment. The only process that worked was chat and I prefer to talk with someone.
A saleman open the door for me, this was a very pleasant act of kindness.

I have a business and I have a F550 box truck that I was trying to get inspected and oil change and a recall completed and it took me three days to finally get a hold of somebody, the answering service that you have you have to go through like five steps to finally get to the service department and then because it’s a commercial vehicle they have to transfer you to the commercial department and they never answer the phone I left Two voicemails on two different days and never got a return call finally on my third ...
Was seen on time, explanation not real clear and information not the same as the day before with same service done. Very friendly service.

Great service advisors and mechanics which are really the backbone of the industry. Miss the treats in lobby and the rug in service area needs to be cleaned or replaced. Loved the prior loyalty points, and hope to be reconsidered by management.

I’ve found Southern Ford to have the same extent high values of customer support and service that Halls did previously. It comes from senior leadership that instills the attitude that customers matter. Both businesses and individuals work for a reason, what stands out is the attitude that doing good work also means ensuring we customers are happy with the work done and smiles and support we get.
